Better Home and Patio provides a 5 day satisfaction guarantee. All returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of purchase. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. There is an additional 5% if you paid by credit card.
All the items must be returned in their original packing. You are responsible for the return shipping charge unless items shipped were incorrect.
There is a no return policy if you have done a custom order such as cushions, paint, special modifications and all other custom requests.

Inside the box, please include your contact information, the copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. On the outside of the box, please write the return authorization number given to you. We will arrange the original carrier to pick up the goods for return. Please do not ship back any items COD or freight collect as they cannot be accepted..
